Due to a surge in our online growth FlexPlus has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Sales / Business Development Manager to join the ‘OnLine’ recruitment sales team. In return we offer a very generous uncapped commission structure and a generous car and mileage allowance.
As a Recruitment Sales / Business Development Manager you will be flexible geographically although primarily you will be responsible for developing the Birmingham area.

The main duties of the Recruitment Sales / Business Development Manager include:
- Generating leads, developing new business opportunities
- Face to face meetings with client’s to demonstrate our online recruitment solution
- The sale of our online advertising/ fixed fee products using a consultative approach
- Aftersales /account management to maximise revenue
- Competitor analysis
The Recruitment Sales / Business Development Manager will be highly organised and proactive. Other essential qualities include:
- Previous experience as a BDM, Field Sales Executive, Recruitment Consultant or Advertising Sales Executive
- Proven track record in Field sales / Business Development
- Local knowledge of the Birmingham area
- Solid account management experience
- Commercially aware
The realistic OTE for your first year is £35-40K.
Applicants must be able to attend an assessment centre on Wednesday 12th March in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
